Items
on this website are listed alphabetically. Please order by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” link next to your desired
item, this will add the desired items to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart be view by clicking on the shopping cart
icon at the bottom left of every page, from there you can proceed to final checkout.
We currently are using one of the fastest growing
merchant services online, called Paypal, together with Paypal we can provide you the customer with the option to pay using
a wide verity of services including credit cards, bank transfers, or paypal account payments. Paypal offers SSL encrypted

Some products we sell are restricted to businesses
or educational facilities only these products have a 
under the special notes column. If you feel you meet the requirements stated above, and would like to purchase a “Restricted
Item” please email us at Sales@Consolidated-Chemical.com to gain access to purchasing these items
Certain products we sell are considered hazardous; these items will have a 
in the special notes column. These items will have a 25-dollar HAZMAT fee added to the shipping charges upon check out. Hazardous
Items of the same hazard class ordered in multiples will only be charged one fee. (Ex. 2x1 gallons of Sodium Hydroxide in
one box will have only one fee or 1 gallon of Sodium Hydroxide, and 2 gallons of Hydrochloric Acid will have only one fee).
For this reason we always review all orders prior to shipping and will combine Hazmat items whenever possible, when
this happens you will be issued a refund to your account.
Pricing / Terms
Due to constant market fluctuations
and possible pricing errors, we reserve the right to change pricing without notice, but will quote current pricing at any
time. Terms are Net 30 days to approved accounts, Visa \ MC \ Discover \ AMEX, or COD. Shipping charges will be prepaid and
added to the invoice. Motor freight charges are sent collect unless otherwise arranged. Please be aware that hazards are subject
to additional fees depending on the freight company. Currently UPS adds $25 per package ground and $30 air. Additional packing
charges will apply to hazards and special DOT exempt shipping packages.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Many website items
are shipped the next day the order is placed. Any special item or larger orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 working
days from the receipt of the order.
Warranty and Product Use
Our products are warranted to meet our label specifications. Liability
is limited to a full replacement or a refund of the purchase price. All website information and statements
by Consolidated Chemical are believed to be correct and are given without warranty of any kind.
Consolidated Chemical’s products
are for industrial and laboratory use only. They
are not intended for drug, food, or household use. The responsibility for the safe and legal use of the chemicals and reagents sold by
Consolidated Chemical rests entirely with the customer. We assume the customer to be competent and professional
and to take the necessary precautions when handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous or nonhazardous
materials.
Returns
To
return items for credit or exchange, please contact us for a return authorization number (RAN). We must be notified within
fifteen days of the shipping date for claims, refunds, or replacements to be considered. The customer will be responsible
for the return shipping charges, except in cases of shipping errors made by Consolidated Chemical. Most returns will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items that are hazardous must be packed, labeled, and shipped per DOT requirements
